Student Centers Vendor Form

The Campus Life Centers is happy to review your application for a vendor table at Stony Brook University! Please complete this form if you are interested in being a vendor in the Student Activity Center or the Stony Brook Union. Submitting this form does not guarantee your reservation. Requests should be submitted no less than ten business days prior to the requested date. We will process your request based on availability within two business days and send you a confirmation via email.

We welcome vendors on weekdays every week of the semester, except for Mondays and Wednesdays between 12:30 and 2pm, which is reserved for student organizations.

Rate per table (includes one 6 foot table and 2 chairs, or the equivalent space):

$105 per table/space + 17.64% administrative fee = $123.52
