Please note that Stony Brook University’s Commuter Student Services and Off-Campus Living (CSS/OCL) will only consider listing premises that possess a valid town rental permit at the time of the listing. At the latter end of this form, you will be required to attach a copy of your town rental permit. The University does not become party to private landlord-tenant matters, caveat emptor. It is expressly understood that Stony Brook University's CSS/OCL is not acting in a broker/agent capacity on behalf of any listing real estate broker, agent or owner.

Approved listings will be active for 60 days following approval. The fee for this service is $45. At the close of this form, you will be directed to a PayPal link where you can submit this payment.
