Political Science Transfer Course Evaluation Form

This form should only be submitted by students looking to have transfer credit evaluated for courses within the Department of Political Science. All other course areas need to be evaluated by their respective departments.

A grade of C or higher must be received for transfer credit to be accepted at Stony Brook.
Transfer credit will not be posted until an official transcript is received by Stony Brook from the transfer institution. Students should request transcripts be sent to:
