• Review our Policy on High School Visits to Stony Brook University Libraries before completing this form.
• Answer all questions and submit no later than four weeks before your desired date of visit. 
• We are most available in late December/January and May so as not to conflict with existing University class schedules. Availability at other times of the year is limited.
